Majesco Unveils Fall ’26 Release: Redefining Insurance with Agentic and Immersive AI
By Lauren Towner · 6 October 2026

Majesco has launched its Fall ’26 product release, embedding "Immersive AI" across its P&C, Life & Annuity, and Retirement platforms. For fintech professionals, this represents a shift toward an operating model where human and AI agents collaborate within a shared workspace to address talent shortages and accelerate core insurance processes through governed, agentic workflows.
What was announced
The Fall ’26 release introduces over 700 new capabilities and enhancements designed to move carriers toward becoming "Frontier Insurers." The centerpiece of the update is Immersive AI, a system that works inside the core workflow to recommend actions and complete routine tasks within defined guardrails. This is supported by an expanded AI Framework that includes an Agent Studio, Model Catalog, and an Agent & Tool Registry, ensuring that all AI activity meets NAIC governance and regulatory requirements through built-in telemetry and human-in-the-loop approvals.
For the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector, Majesco has added five new machine learning models focusing on risk signals, quote acceptance likelihood, and document extraction. Notable additions include a Rate Analyzer for comparing rate programs before deployment and an AI-assisted workbook creator that converts approved filings into structured workbooks in approximately 30 minutes. The release also integrates Loss Control 360 with Majesco’s Copilot, providing persistent chat history and session memory for general liability audit workflows.
In the Life, Annuity, and Health (LA&H) segment, the company launched the Intelligent Underwriting Workbench, which provides automated risk scoring and out-of-the-box configuration for group and voluntary benefits. Six new machine learning models, including a Census Scrubber and Plan Recommender, have been introduced to improve data quality. Furthermore, Majesco has expanded its retirement offering with the launch of Intelligent V3locity, which the company describes as the market’s first intelligent core for retirement and pension administration with embedded AI for employer reporting and member service activity.
"Fall ’26 shows how we are extending intelligence across the platforms our customers rely on every day. Generative AI surfaces insight. Agentic AI orchestrates work. Immersive AI gives users a new way to collaborate with AI agents to do work, with the governance needed for production use. Traditional core was designed for human work only. Immersive is designed so the human and agent are working the same case in a shared space together. This is a game-changing approach."

The companies involved
Majesco is a global provider of cloud-based, AI-native software for the insurance and retirement industries. The company is owned by the private equity firm Thoma Bravo, which took Majesco private in 2020. Majesco has positioned itself as a consolidator and innovator in the insurtech space, focusing on "intelligent core" solutions that replace legacy systems with cloud-native architectures. The company’s footprint spans P&C, Life, Annuity, and Group insurance, as well as the retirement and pension sectors.
A significant portion of Majesco's current market position in the retirement sector stems from its strategic acquisition of Vitech in early 2026. This move allowed Majesco to integrate Vitech’s V3locity platform into its broader AI-native ecosystem, targeting the complex administration needs of pension funds and retirement service providers. By combining its existing AI framework with Vitech’s specialized retirement capabilities, Majesco has sought to bridge the technology gap between traditional insurance lines and the often underserved retirement administration market. The company currently serves a global client base, competing with both legacy enterprise software providers and newer, niche insurtech startups.
What FF News has reported before
FF News has closely followed Majesco’s transition toward AI-native infrastructure throughout 2026. In January, we covered how Majesco Closes Acquisition of Vitech, Advancing Cloud and AI-Native Innovation for Insurance and Pension & Retirement, a move that set the stage for the current Intelligent V3locity launch. In June, the company released a framework for industry leadership, which we detailed in Majesco Research Defines the 'Frontier Insurer' as the New Standard for AI-Driven Insurance Leadership. More recently, in August, Majesco’s technical capabilities were validated when Majesco Named Luminary in Celent P&C Claims Report for AI-Native Innovation. We also reported on the Majesco Research Reveals Critical 'Alignment Gap' Threatening Future Growth for Insurers, highlighting the disconnect between carrier technology and customer expectations.
What this means
This announcement signals a move away from AI as a "bolt-on" feature toward AI as a fundamental architectural layer. By introducing "Immersive AI," Majesco is challenging the industry’s standard UI/UX models, suggesting that the future of insurance work is a co-pilot relationship rather than a series of manual entries. This puts significant pressure on legacy core providers who have yet to move beyond basic generative AI wrappers. Furthermore, the launch of an intelligent core specifically for retirement and pensions indicates that this sector, which has historically lagged in digital transformation, is now a primary front for AI competition. The inclusion of NAIC-aligned governance tools also addresses the primary hurdle for AI adoption: regulatory anxiety.
