Accuserve Appoints Insurance Industry Veteran Maroun S. Mourad to Board of Directors

Accuserve Solutions (“Accuserve” or the “Company”), an independent managed repair services platform connecting insurance carriers, homeowners, and contractors, today announced the appointment of Maroun S. Mourad as an independent member to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Mourad brings nearly three decades of leadership across the property and casualty insurance, technology, and data analytics sectors, along with deep carrier relationships within the United States and internationally. He most recently served as President of the Intellectual Property segment at Clarivate (NYSE: CLVT) and previously spent a decade at Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), including as President of Claims Solutions, where he oversaw its integrated claims processing, estimating, valuation, and fraud detection businesses serving insurers worldwide. Earlier roles include President of ISO Commercial Lines and President of Global Underwriting at Verisk, and senior leadership roles at Gen Re, AIG, Arch, and Zurich.
