We spoke to Steven Newton, the Chief Commercial Officer of Vitesse PSP, about the need for delivering faster claims pay outs to insurance customers. Looking at the success of the financial industry, Vitesse have also developed a proposition which will eviscerate the need for insurers to retain a loss fund, by settling claims on their behalf.
