WTW Strengthens North America P&C Team with Senior Reserving Appointments

New York, September 3, 2026 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointments of Gary Rohrig and Justin Rosile as Directors to the Property and Casualty Reserving and Capital team within its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business.
Rohrig joins WTW from Akur8, where he held the position of Lead Reserving Specialist, responsible for client growth and adoption of the actuarial platform’s global P&C Reserving solutions. Rohrig brings significant leadership experience in the modeling of risk, pricing and regulatory compliance, with a strong track record in actuarial analysis and software development. At WTW, Rohrig will focus on the implementation and best practice use of ResQ, WTW’s reserving technology, and Unify, its business process automation technology.
Rosile joins WTW from Grange Insurance, where he most recently served as AVP of Corporate Actuarial, leading the reserving, risk and return management, claims actuarial, and actuarial studies functions. This included overseeing analysis and adequacy of roughly $1 billion of reserves. In his new position, Rosile will collaborate with WTW’s regional and global capital modeling, reserving and pricing teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions to clients across the industry.
Rohrig will report to Anwesha Prabhu, a Senior Director in the ICT business, while Rosile will report to Yi Jing, a Managing Director in the ICT business.
