Coalition Appoints Delvin Tillett as Head of Cyber Underwriting to Expand UK Active Insurance

LONDON - 04 September 2026 - Coalition, the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to prevent digital risk before it strikes, today announced the appointment of Delvin Tillett as Head of Cyber Underwriting, UK.

“Adding Delvin’s expertise will help us expand our UK underwriting services across all segments, including our new enterprise policyholders,” commented Tom Draper, Coalition’s Head of UK. “He brings over 23 years of London Market experience, with over 13 years of those years spent focused on underwriting cyber and technology risks. He will be a true asset to our growing efforts in the UK.”

Delvin Tillett joins Coalition from Allianz Commercial through the companies’ expanded strategic partnership announced in May 2026. At Allianz, he served as Regional Head of Cyber UK & South Africa. Prior to Allianz, he held senior positions at Munich Re, Marsh, Aspen Insurance Group, and AXIS Capital.

In the UK, Coalition also welcomed two additional employees from Allianz:

• Deacon Lee joins as an Enterprise Underwriter. He was a cyber underwriter at Allianz for two years and before that, held commercial and cyber risk roles at Aon.
• Robert Granger joins as a Senior Risk Consultant, Enterprise. He brings a background spanning cybersecurity, defence, and financial services, including senior cyber roles in the Royal Air Force and private-sector security consulting.
