Orion180 Files for IPO: Specialty Insurtech Giant Targets Nasdaq Listing Under Ticker OIG

Orion180 Insurance Group Inc. ("Orion180"), a leading provider of flexible, customer-centric homeowners and flood insurance solutions, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Orion180 has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "OIG."
RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank and Raymond James will act as lead book-running managers, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citizens Capital Markets and Texas Capital Securities will act as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
