ERGO Group Names NEXT Insurance CEO Guy Goldstein as First Chief AI Officer

The ERGO Group has appointed ERGO NEXT Insurance CEO and co-founder Guy Goldstein as its first Chief AI Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

In this newly created role, and in addition to his responsibilities as CEO of ERGO NEXT, Guy will lead AI implementation across the entire ERGO Group. His mandate focuses on embedding and scaling the technology across the business and the broader organization.

Guy built NEXT as a digital-first insurer serving small businesses and will now bring that experience to ERGO Group’s broader AI strategy. His appointment signals ERGO’s push to scale AI across the organization, using the technology to make insurance simpler and more intuitive for customers and improve how they interact with ERGO across the insurance journey.
