Vantage Insurance Partners Appoints Industry Veteran Patrick Armstrong to Board of Directors

Vantage Insurance Partners announced the appointment of Patrick Armstrong, former Chief Revenue Officer of ReSource Pro, to its Board of Directors. Armstrong brings more than 36 years of insurance industry experience spanning agency leadership, operations, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and technology-enabled services.

Armstrong’s extensive experience working across the insurance ecosystem will provide valuable strategic perspective as Vantage continues to expand its platform, strengthen its partner agency network, and accelerate organic and strategic growth.

Earlier in his career, Armstrong spent nearly two decades as an agency principal, giving him firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges facing independent insurance agencies and brokers. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale organizations, develop revenue strategies, lead go-to-market initiatives, and guide companies through periods of significant growth and transformation.

Prior to joining the Vantage Board, Armstrong served as Chief Revenue Officer of ReSource Pro, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion. During his tenure, ReSource Pro grew approximately 30-fold and was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States 16 times, a distinction achieved by only a small number of companies in the publication’s history.

Armstrong said he is excited to join Vantage at an important stage in the company’s growth.
