Cozmo AI Launches AI Workforce to Slash Property Claims Estimating Time to Under 10 Minutes
By Lauren Towner · 24 September 2026

Cozmo AI, the AI workforce for property and casualty claims, today announced the launch of its purpose-built platform for restoration networks and third-party administrators (TPAs). Cozmo AI automates the claims process from first notice of loss (FNOL) through invoice settlement, working across the systems those organizations already use.
Cozmo AI is running live property claims in production and has seen promising results from early deployments automating work that has traditionally required several people and repeated handoffs between systems, including:
- Reduced property damage estimating time from one to two days to less than 10 minutes.
- Cut the cost of each estimate from roughly $100-$200 to less than $50.
“The industry does not need another AI point solution,” said Alok Kumar, co-founder and CEO of Cozmo AI. “The property claims journey is already fragmented across too many systems and too many handoffs. The opportunity to put AI across the operational workflow means the claim can keep moving — with less friction — from the first call through the estimate and settlement.”
Property claims are time- and labor-intensive with work spread across many different teams and systems. Changes in claim volume can quickly increase the amount of manpower and coordination required.
Cozmo AI deploys AI employees to handle the end-to-end operational work between the first notice of loss and invoice settlement. The agents capture claim information and dispatch the work. They follow up on documents, interpret field documentation, prepare carrier-ready estimates, and communicate with the relevant teams to chase invoice payments and close the loop.
“The technology has to work inside the claims operation, not sit beside it,” said Nuha Hashem, co-founder and CTO of Cozmo AI. “Our AI agents carry the context needed throughout the end-to-end cycle as they move from one task to the next. Company rules serve as guardrails, so they know when a human needs to approve an action, while keeping an audit trail of what happened along the way so every decision is explainable.”
Rather than asking organizations to replace the systems they already use, Cozmo AI works across existing claims and communications platforms as well as CRMs and core claims systems.
